1. What is the quality of your jewelry?

All personalized jewelry is made with .925 sterling silver beads, charms and toggles/clasps and Swarovski Crystals. All bracelets are strung by hand on 49 strand stainless steel wire which is nylon coated. We purchase from only the most reputable dealers who are based in the United States and have been in business for nearly twenty years.

2. How do I know which size to choose?

Measure your wrist size and add one inch for teens and adults. If you need a smaller or larger size than what is indicated, please note this on the special instructions when you check out.

3. How do I clean my jewelry?

It is best to use a polishing cloth to clean your jewelry. Do NOT use jewelry dips as it can damage the beads.

1. What payment options do you offer?

Our store (owned by Simply Creative, Inc.) accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Our system automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (highest level commercially available). All online orders are processed through Paypal's secure shopping cart system but you do NOT have to have a Paypal account to order through this site. When prompted for your Paypal login, simply click the button that you do not have a Paypal account and you can complete your order. 

2. What kind of guarantee do you offer?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all products. If you are not satisfied, return the item for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

3. How long will it take to receive my items?

Every effort will be made to have your item shipped within two business days of receiving your order. The majority of the time, items are shipped within 24 hours. If there is a delay beyond this, you will receive an email (provided you gave us your email address) explaining when you can expect the item to ship. We ship priority mail through USPS which is typically 2-3 days within the continental United States.

Shipping charges are as follows:

Flat rate of $4.50 - Priority Mail through USPS with delivery confirmation. 

The jewelry will come in a cotton filled gift box ready for gift giving.
