Dec

the first time? three days
6. How long did it take to receive a mailing
address for him? about a month but I wrote him everyday until I got
it
7. Were there any restrictions on what you
could send him? no food or anything like that and if I sent him
pictures his drill sgts had to look at them first. Like once I sent

sgt took it and told him he could have it back after graduation
8. Were you sent information about family day
and graduation? yes about a month before he graduated
9. Did he have a family day? If so, please
describe. Yeah he did first they had a beret ceremony and then they
could go off post and had to be back around 8 and that was it.
10. Please describe the graduation ceremony.
It was long and kind of boring they had the band playing and then
they did some drills which was cute and then they came out stood at
attention for like 45 minutes some guy talked forever and it was
about an hour and a half too long.
11. Is there a website for his basic training

don't think so
12. Any other tips or information? just keep
your head up and take it one day at a time. You can get through it
if you just think positive
